My client used my pickups in this tele which was built from pine salvadged from a farm home that was over 100 years old...can just imagine what it would sound like.......
I've bought pre-machined flatwork other places and have always had to deal with warp or twist in some manor. The Stew-Mac flatwork has always arrived FLAT! and also sealed in a plastic bag so it doesn't warp while I wait to finish a project. The magnet bores are a perfectly tight fit when used with Stew-Mac ALNICO's and the dimensions and mounting holes are SPOT ON for vintage specs.
Nice flat work. It can be sourced slightly less expensive through other places but if your already placing an order with StewMac and you need a few sets its a good product.
