Output Jacks on High End Zon Basses

Installed a new output jack on a couple of high end Zon bass guitars. Perfect match for their active circuitry, and no more connection "dead places".

Solid construction, good length for different applications. I would definitely buy one again.

Works good

Used them about 10 times and never a problem. A wiring note would be helpful to a new buyer.

I dig it

Very well made. It added the finishing touch to my most recent electric. The only thing I could whine about, is that the jack doesn't provide as much resistance to me accidentally unplugging my guitar as my other jacks do. I could probably get inside the jack and bend the contact, but I will just leave it until the jack needs maintenance in a few years. Other than that it's excellent, and looks great.

Easy to install

This is the second unit of these I've bought and I'll definitely get more.

Good but these need a little modification to make perfect

Overall these jacks are great because they limit EM interference but they have one flaw: they're not adjustable. When they get tired, they start acting up with intermittent connectivity. I solve that problem by drilling a small hole in the casing over the tip tab and then use a piece of used guitar string to push the contact back into place.

quite inexpensive and good quality jack

My client asked for a jack replacement on a Warwick Streamer with some active pickups installed. Since good flush-mount output jacks are unavailable here I've ordered it from Stewmac online shop.
The jack is easy to solder and install so it was a quick job for me.
It's been past two months and the jack doesn't seem to have any loose or some scratchy disconnection noise in it.
So buy this stuff. It's reliable!

Neat and positive

The best solution for installing a pickup in a banjo either in the rim or the resonator. This fitting won't rip expensive linings in cases.
