This Strat began life as one of the first production units made at Fender's Mexico plant. Found at a guitar show, I loved color but didn't like the bridge, electronics or neck. The neck and pickups were easy changes but the bridge needed to be doweled and re-drilled for vintage spacing. I had a vintage bridge in the parts box, but no screws - these gave my Strat project the finishing touch for a vintage vibe for a now vintage-spec Strat.
The previous owner tried to dive bomb my strat while the screws were cranked and bent them. These are ideal replacements.
Hard material. Far superior to Ping, Allparts or other Chinese screws! Ty M.
It is what it is. A screw! Although the screw head seems to be made of a harder material than the stock fender ones, which I replaced due to the head becoming stripped out. Excellent replacement.
