The Schroeder Stoptail is a high quality tailpiece made in USA, crafted from lightweight aluminum for tone.

Fits 3-1/4" (82.55mm) stud spacing.

Note: Mounting screws are not included. We recommend Schroeder Locking Studs. This combo will give you rock-steady string anchoring.

Really Nice, but no studs?

Purchased a gold one, and they are a really nice touch. But come on, $45 and no mounting studs?

Worth the Investment

A very nice little add on to any guitar that requires a tailpiece. Makes the guitar look a little more up-scale and worth the few extra bucks, go for it!

Nice Tail piece

Excited to install my new aluminum tail piece, I played my guitar a bit first to get used to the sustain sound. Then I quickly took the strings off, and popped on the new Tail Piece. After installing, I noticed much more sustain and it seems to be a bit more bright as well. Not sure if you would notice unless you were listening for it though. If this upgrade were $100, I don't think it would be worth it. But for under $40... BUY THIS! It is well worth the money. Sounds great! I do wish they came in black, so it only got 4 stars.
