Circuitry is supplied to send the output from the pickups as a mono signal to a stereo output jack, with a separate volume control for the acoustic sound.

This Nashville-style bridge has 2-1/16" string spread, and includes threaded mounting studs and bushings (2-15/16" post spacing).

  • Instructions included.
  • The Baggs Control-X Mixer/Preamp can be used to blend the T-Bridge signal with the guitar's magnetic pickups in mono.
  • We recommend the Stereo Y Cable to allow the two signals from the guitar to be routed to two separate amplifiers or channels.

Bridge & Tailpiece Measurements
String spread is the distance between the centers of the outer strings on a bridge or tailpiece.

Saddle radius determines the arc formed by all the individual saddle heights, and is similar to the measurement of a fretboard.

Post spacing is the distance between the centers of the mounting posts of a bridge or 'stop' tailpiece.

Great Acoustic Bridge

I've had the T-Bridge for a long time now and I've always thought it really added a lot of character to my Epiphone Les Paul. It was installed with The Control-X Preamp and I've used it this way for years, sending the T-Bridge to an acoustic amp and the Mags to an Electric Amp. I've noticed the T-bridge sounds best when its not colored with a lot of excess tweaking as I've often plugged into the Aux 1/4 inch input of a Roland Cube15 with nothing but WOW going on in my head! That's just one facet of its capabilities.

I recently installed a Graph Tech Hexpander in my guitar for midi and synth guitar applications. It tracks and sounds great! Really I can't say enough good about this considering the experience I've had and am having with it!

One final word, it will not make your electric sound like an acoustic guitar as in Bluegrass strumming or Flatpicking, but it definitely gives an electric guitar a much softer side for things like Fingerpicking. Without question, a great add to any tune-o-matic equipped guitar!

Fantastic

I installed this bridge on 3 guitars I built and I like it. I installed it creating a channel for the wires under the maple top
