Violin timbers

Have been getting my Stringed instrument timbers for a number of years from you. Always very reliable and good quality. On my last order for the first time ever one of the Violin sides was broken on arrival. After emailing you on a Friday night a replacement was delivered to me within a week, at no cost. For us down here in New Zealand that is service at its best.
