Alder Body Blank

Used this as the body wood on a recent Bass build. The blank I received was a three piece body, even thickness and no knots. Topped it with Walnut and used black binding then routed the edge to gain a two tone effect. Looks really good. Will use this again.

I was very pleased with the quality on this piece of wood.
I added some colour and lacquer to the finish. Think the wood turned out great.

a bit pricey for when you figure the board foot.

It is an excellent wood! It has a good finishing, great color and I know that it will be perfect for my guitar! I am very pleased with the quality and I am very surprised how fast I received my order.I live across the ocean and it took only two days to arrive. Wow!!I strongly recommend it!

I've got a block glued of 3 pieces of different density. Blank is glued very uncarefully, there is a space between 2 parts 0,5 mm. It appeared after I removed 5 mm of thickness. Please, take more attention to quality control.

I bought an alder body blank, and it arrived in perfect conditions, totally dry and cured. It was a great purchase. The guitar I made sounds (and looks) wonderfully!
