Specifications: This is a high quality one-piece neck with matching peghead "ears." You'll save time and you won't need to tool up for complicated machine work: the heel profile and peghead handstop are shaped, and the upper surfaces are sanded flat. Peghead measures 3-3/4" x 7" (95.25mm x 177.80mm). A 7/32" x 7/16" (5.56mm x 11.11mm) slot has been cut to fit our #0982 Hot Rod® 2-way truss rod. Width at the nut is 1-3/16" (30.16mm). The 5th string peghole is not drilled, and the fingerboard and peghead veneer are not included.
The neck heel is machined to fit a straight-sided 11" (279.40mm)-diameter rim such as our Old-Time banjo pot. Please note that this shape will not fit our Five-Star® bluegrass banjo pot, or similar 11" (279.40mm)-diameter Mastertone-style banjo rim.
