I've used these for bridges, tailgut saddles, tailpieces, heel-caps, and inlay. The quality is always excellent. Not the cheapest way to buy ebony per board-foot, but cost-effective when you need small quantities and don't have a lot of storage space.

Good quality stock but it needs a lot of machining. This is not a flat planed block - rather it it a rough hewn piece that needs considerable work to true to planed faces... but that is what custom building is all about anyway.

The rosewood blanks were super! I had to replace a bridge on a old J-45.I had to hand make the bridge and the rosewood was three times better than the bridge that came on that J-45.Thanks!

I purchased a couple of the Rosewood blanks, for a special bridge re-building project that I needed to complete. The blanks that I received were very good quality and served my purpose perfectly. A nice resource to have when you don't need more wood.

The ebony blank i received was of decent quality but i thought the shipping cost was somewhat high I was also disappointed to find that a pre-made bridge for a lefty was not available.
