The SNAGG® Microchip is a tiny RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device), the size of a rice grain. It emits an alphanumeric code number that can be read by the SNAGG Scanner. The chip is designed to be permanently implanted inside your instrument. Every SNAGG chip code is unique. Your missing instrument can be scanned by a dealer and positively identified as belonging to you, even if the thief has removed or altered the instrument's original serial number.
