It's almost an exact replacement for Fender's molded cases. The biggest difficulty will be removing what's left of the old handle without destroying the case. I used screws and nuts to attach the new one: Nickel plated are preferred. A handle is a handle. It's up to you to make it look good.
The handle is an exact replacement for my broken one, but Stewmac.com doesn't provide the real replacement rivets to make a Professional looking repair. What am I to do now? Pop rivets are not the right way, and I wouldn't want to see them on my case. Does anybody know where to find the right rivets for this case handle?
I am no DIY expert but this handle easily fixed a guitar case for a Fender Hendrix Strat restoring it to as new it was the exact replacement for the original that I could not get in England. After buying a Pop Riviter it was an easy job to fix. Highly recomended
