Now everyone knows my dusty little secret. Yes, I take pieces of wood and make them into smaller pieces of wood. Wanted to make instruments since I got my Martin in 1976. Took 3 semesters of a 4 semester Guitar Construction class (Orange Coast College) before life, circumstances and calling pulled me away. I gathered wood for years. A little from South America where I was a missionary. (All legal stuff, I assure you) When I saw the t-shirt, I decided it was time to let the world in on my passion. Yes, I build Guitars, Ukes, Dulcimers, Mandolins, and such. You can tell by my awesome shirt! Wish I had 6 more!
This was a great idea. I collect guitar shirts, and am always on the look out for the unusual. This however was more than that to me because i made your Dreadnaught guitar kit. I have had many conversations strike up because of this shirt, which I hope will lead to a few new guitar makers who inquired as to where to get the Dreadnaught kit. Way to go Stew thanks. Great shirt!!! I have a Stew Mac shop apron, a blue print T shirt, a Parsons Street Humbucker tee, and now "we" need a Stew Mac hat or visor !!!!!!!!
I really like it when companies choose quality cotton fabric so you know the t-shirt is going to last. This is a great t-shirt, accurate fit and I'll be wearing it for a while
