Rock solid!!
I absolutely love these tuners! Its made string changes so much faster and easier and like they should, they keep the guitar in tune really well. I go through an entire show without having to worry about tuning issues. The posts don't wobble one bit, and in fact, they're quite a snug fit in the tuner holes of my Godin Freeway Classic. The only issue I have with these tuners is that they added a little bit of extra weight on the guitar at the headstock, but that's nothing that I cannot get used to.

Worked fine for me
Bought the 6114 and used it to adjust neck relief on my Martin 00-15. Worked perfectly and paid for itself immediately.

Clear Pickguard
Over the years I have purchased three of the clear pickguards. They are very easy to apply. You can customize them to fit various guitars from a parlor to a dreadnought. They provide the right amount of protection for the top without hiding the beauty of the wood or the finish. They are a great value for the outlay.

Get This FIRST if your serious!
I've been watching a lot of videos from Stewmac and most of them are very good, but 5 stars doesn't get it. This video set deserves '25' stars. I usually wait until the honeymoon's over before writing a review, but I'm writing this before I've even finished viewing it all. I have already gotten my money's worth and have seen enough to understand the products value. It's described as an advanced video, but I say if you are serious, you should definitely buy this video before you buy ANYTHING else. Great teacher giving vital information.

Grover straplocks
I have used the schaller version of these for decades with good results. These will interchange with them. The ones I received were hard to work. The part that attaches to the strap would not positively lock onto the strap buttons that go on the guitar. The problem was that the little pin/plunger that you pull on to disengage the locks needed to be screwed in a little bit(they just screw onto threaded metal studs that are connected to the mechanism that locks into the strap button). After that they worked great, and I have no complaints. I gave them an average because in 25+ years of using the schaller counterpart, I experienced zero issues. These I had trouble(albeit minor) right out of the gate. However, I won't hesitate to use them again, as they have functioned flawlessly since then.

really great sound
My poor guitar background more than my poor English words wont be able to explain how good this humbucker sounds. Great, warm, powerful and rich tone. I play it on neck position of a DIY Squier Teleaster, through a VOX AC4TV. The sound is amazing. I love blues/early rock and this pickup is just perfect for that kind of music. I also setup a coil split for more clear tone on the neck position. Rich, powerful, bluesy as you need and inexpensive.

Works great
I ordered these files in the sizes I needed to file the nut slots on several guitars; they worked perfectly. Take it easy and measure your string/fret clearance often, because they do cut fast. I'm very pleased with the files, they're not cheap but quality costs a little extra.

Quality Files, But Maybe Different Application?
These are great files, but I found even the fine one a bit too aggressive for delicate nut and saddle shaping. Starting with a pre-radiused saddle, a couple of passes with one of these files removed almost too much material.
Perhaps better used if you're fabricating from scratch out of a block of bone, although I usually do that kind of rough-shaping with a Dremel. I'll find something to use these files for, but I think I prefer something like a diamond abrasive stick for the finer points of nut/saddle shaping.

Useful Tool
Does exactly what it's supposed to do, and well made (durable). It is a bit pricey for a ruler, so if you're just doing one nut it's probably not worth it. But if you have a dozen to do, it will pay for itself in the time saved. Works for spacing strings on bridge saddles, too. I agree with the first reviewer, though -- when you start applying it to OEM nuts, it's hard to resist wanting to readjust most of them. :-)

These screws changed my life.
Before I found these screws I was wasting my life, wandering aimlessly through a dark wilderness of loose pickguards and electronics covers. I was in despair, with nothing to loosen or tighten until I found these screws. Now that I bought these screws I have self-confidence, nice teeth and girls really like me. Thanks StewMac!!! These screws are awesome!!!

Fret Dressing Stick
I bought four of these fret dressing sticks and loaded them with 240/320/400/600 grit belts. I then used a marker pen to label each stick clearly - not only does this speed the process when dressing frets, it also means you don't have to change belts. Another great product from Stew Mac!

Another example of a Stew Mac product which makes life so much easier. I've been using a hobby vice and cheaper files before I invested in this kit. Why did I bother? I wish I'd bought this kit months ago!

Great tuners for unique guitars
I used an earlier incarnation of these on a guitar I built for a client a year or so ago. They stay in tune great, tune easily and accurately, and they look killer (and come on, isn't that what Rock music is all about?) My only complaint with the ones I have is the knob on top (for locking the string down) didn't allow for enough of a grip. This new design fixes that issue (though perhaps it doesn't look as cool. Great product. Just be sure when designing a new headstock you take into account that the string leaves the center of the post as opposed to wrapping around it.

The metric M8 x 1.25 tailpiece fits my Korean made 2001 Epiphone Les Paul perfectly and brightens the tone quite dramatically. The gold finish will last much longer than the original hardware.

Micarta
Micarta is the only material I will use for nut making. Sounds like bone but does not crack or flake. Easy to work and slot. Has long wear life and works excellent with tremolo's and vibrato's. I have used both bone and micarta for years, but I will only use micarta now. I can't give it a higher recommendation.
