I restored an old Harmony 1260 using a Tusq saddle, and it really made the guitar come alive. Very well made, easy to file, and there was a noticeable improvement in tone and sustain. The compensated design helped correct intonation problems. The intonation is now spot on.

Great product and a little goes a long way, mixes with all finish types which is a great bonus, I like to mix it with water but that's just my personal choice... :)

Reading all of the other reviews I couldn't help but chime in. First of all, it's a sanding sealer, not a top coat lacquer. It's meant to be sanded, that is it's purpose. If you were trying to use it as a stand alone finish, that was your mistake. it is designed to be used with target EM series top coat finishes. If you are finding the product too bumpy, strain it through a paint strainer. I double strain everything I spray. Also check your PSI. I find 40 psi works well on my setup. as for water reaction, it is a waterbase finish. it is meant to be dry sanded and top coated, not wetsanded. If you are seeing cloudy blotches, install a moisture filter inline in your spraying rig. And never spray when the dew point is above 65%. Buy yourself a hygrometer.They're cheap, 10 or 20 bucks. As for color mixing, I've had no issues.

I have used this sealer on at least a half dozen guitars. When used properly it works well.

Got it today, and used it to set intonation on two guitars. Easy and extreemly accurate. My clients will enjoy perfect intonation. How did I live without it?

I bought a bakelite pick guard to replace the plastic one on my Fender AS Telecaster to solve static buildup and noise issues, which it does quite well. My only complaint is the the top 2 screw holes did not align correctly, so I had to try to get them aligned by widening the holes slightly.

I recently purchased a Breedlove custom that looks as great as it sounds. I didn't want to hide the grain, or disrupt the view by putting on a solid pickguard. I looked at several options, and then saw one of your guards on a friend's guitar. He led me to you, and it could not have been easier to install, or more invisible for any amount of money (you can see the edge if you look on an angle) Great product, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants protection without spoiling the view.

I only ordered these strings the first time to make my shopping easier. After trying them on several mandolins I am convinced that they are just as good as any of the competition and not nearly as expensive

First of all, the service is great. Within a week this bridge was mounted on my bass guitar... in the Netherlands! It has more weight than my previous bridge so my sound has become more stable. A pure tone with more sustain. One small critical point: I rather had the 4 adjustment screws from the two middle saddles, as short as the others. They're too long when playing with palm mute. Still I'm very satisfied.

These bridges are exactly as advertised. Great quality with a nice finish. The bottoms are semi shaped taking most of the tedious work out of the replacement

I love the tone of these pick ups. I have put them in 3 guitars I've built so far: 2 Les Pauls and a Firebird. They sound great and nowhere near the price of a PAF pickup from Dimarzio or Gibson. Mike S. Omaha, NE

Used it to hold a plastic binding in place while gluing with Weld-On. Worked perfectly. I expected to see some lifting of wood fibers when i removed it, but had no problems in that area, so just followed instructions and pulled off at an angle.

I've used this Cement a few times to hold plastic to wood - and love it. Holds tight, sets fast. Also see review of the binding tape and picture of use.

Such a simple design but it works flawlessly! Granted, a screwdirver might suffice, but why risk gouging your pretty paint job/scratch plate? Worth the investment in my opinion.

Don't waste your bucks in original replacements. This knobs are really goods. Durable quality, nice colour and work perfect. They fit good whatever the pots you have.

ok kiddies I will give you a couple secrets to Great Guitar TONE! First of all replace whatever tone capacitor you have in your Guitar with one of the vintage style paper-in-oil tone caps. 1950's technology will never be beat for SOUND. All the modern materials in the world will never sound like these, trust me! The other thing is whatever overdrive pedal you are using, see if you can't use an 18 volt adapter on it in lieu of 9 volts. It gives you much more headroom, response and TONE! To me that is how you can tell a great Guitar Player - TONE! There are lots of players who can play lots of notes but some have the most obnoxious tone. TONE is everything. You can play one note with TONE and shatter a thousand bad sounding notes! There I have given away my secret : )
