Shipping Restrictions
We are not allowed to ship some of our items outside of the United States, due to different laws and restrictions. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
We continue to look for suitable replacements for those items.
If something cannot be shipped internationally, it will be noted on the item page.
Types of items with shipping restrictions
Flammable finishing items
Due to air shipping regulations, lacquers, solvents, and some adhesives cannot be shipped internationally.
Mahogany and other woods
The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna (CITES) restricts us from shipping certain woods outside U.S. This affects some, but not all, of our items made of of these woods.
Pearl
We cannot ship any pearl, shell or abalone products outside of the U.S. due to United States Fish and Wildlife Service restrictions. This includes items made from, or inlayed with, genuine pearl and shell material.
Metal and electronics
Restriction for Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) is enforced only in the European Union. Very few of the metal and electrical items we carry are non-RoHS compliant.
