Shipping Options
Orders received by 4:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped on the same day.
We offer two shipping choices for international orders: Postal Air and Express Air.
Postal Air shipping typically delivers in 10-14 business days, although it sometimes takes as long as 4 weeks. Delays in delivery are often the result of slow processing at the customs office. Packages sent by Postal Air do not have tracking (identification) numbers, but they are insured.
Express Air shipping delivers in 3-7 days, although delays may occur in customs. We use DHL Express Shipping to insure, track and deliver Express Air shipments. You can track your package at www.dhl.com.
There are a few shipping restrictions to countries outside the U.S.
