What to expect
We package all orders in our warehouse. A customs declaration sticker is placed on the outside of the package, declaring its contents and value. Packages are delivered to your country's customs office where a customs or duty charge (if any) is calculated. The customs bill is attached to the package. You will then be notified by the delivery service (depending on the shipping option you choose) of the charge and to arrange delivery.
