Accounting Manager/Controller/CFO
We are seeking a business professional with demonstrated strengths in both managerial accounting and financial analysis, with 5+ years of relevant experience.BA in accounting or finance required; CMA,CPA, or MBA a plus. Having experience in an eCommerce/catalog business is also a plus. Responsibilities include:
• Preparing monthly and year-end closes
• Creating annual budgets
• Improving standard cost systems for products we manufacture
• Conducting numerous financial analyses
• Managing employee benefits
For this hire, the candidate's potential to grow into a senior management position is more important than their career achievements to-date. Thus, the title (and associated pay) can range from Accounting Manager to CFO; we'd be happy with any candidate on this spectrum, who is a good fit with our easy-going but hard-working culture, and who has the potential to be a senior executive, if they haven't been one already.
