Web & IT Assistant Position
We are seeking an individual with basic web development and information technology skills to work with both our IT and E-Commerce departments. The primary role of this position is to assist these two departments with a wide variety of tasks and projects, including:
Update and maintain online product database.
Implement web page designs from Creative Department.
Maintain company intranet content.
Backup role for E-Commerce and IT Directors.
Edit or add functionalities to existing Visual Basic programs.
Generate on-demand reports using Access.
Key Skills:
Proficient with Visual Basic, Access, FileMaker, and relational databases.
Experienced with basic HTML coding and Dreamweaver.
Any server-side programming, JavaScript programming, or MySQL & MS SQL experience is a plus.

Internet/catalog supplier to the musical instrument industry seeks a Purchasing Agent. Responsibilities include cost-effective and timely procurement of both subparts and finished products for our production and warehouse facilities from domestic and international vendors; establishing productive vendor partnerships; and communicating with new and potential sources for our products.
The position requires skills in analysis, negotiation, and communication, along with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Business BA preferred, along with 3+ years of purchasing experience; familiarity with machined components and engineering drawings a plus.
