Switchcraft Output Jack

About This Item

The industry standard for output jacks, and we've got them for mono and stereo applications.

These Switchcraft™ jacks accept standard 1/4" plugs. A mono jack is suitable for most guitars; a stereo jack can be used for stereo wiring, or to enable onboard active electronics when a 1/4" mono plug is inserted.

Choose the long thread jack for guitars and basses that have a thick top or control plate. The extra threads give the nut a bit more to bite on. Great for older Gibsons like the SG and EB bass.

  • Required mounting hole diameter: 3/8" (9.53mm)
  • Thread: 3/8 x 32
  • Thread height: 1/4" (6.35mm)
  • Long thread height: 3/8" (9.53mm)

Mounting nut and flat washer included.

Good reliable jack

By

Verified Buyer

This jack is very good, a while back I bought one at a popular electronics store, I used it once and it went bad so I threw it away. The jack I bought at Stewmac is still holding up with no problems. I bought a small bag of them for future use.

MIJ replacement

By

Verified Buyer

I replaced the original output jack on my mid-80's MIJ tele with this Switchcraft jack. I needed the thread pattern of the new Switchcraft jack to be compatible with the new Electrosocket I also installed. Nice combination.

Quality you can feel when you open the pack. Quality you know is there, when you plug into one of them. Good solid connections, no static, no hiss. I tossed all the import jacks I had and replaced them all with switchcraft jacks. Excellent Item !

There is none better available. You can feel the difference vs an import jack when you plug your guitar in, it's a good feeling! I always replace import jacks with this USA made beauty.
