Speed your work by hours! Our super glues are first choice in guitar shops, thanks to fast, incredible bonding strength for repair work and instrument making.

10 Thin penetrates close-fitting wood joints and fingerboard cracks. Water-thin, it's great for fast minor drop-fill repairs on guitar finishes, too. Cures in 3-5 seconds, for a strong moisture-resistant joint.

20 Medium is our general-purpose super glue. A bit thicker, best for small imperfect joint gaps. Cures in 10-25 seconds.

30 Thick has epoxy-like gap-filling consistency. Cures in 30-50 seconds to allow joint repositioning.

Be ready for any repair situation that demands a fast permanent bond. Spend less time setting up clamps and waiting for other glues to dry!

Thin Super Glue

By Mr. R from Cincinnati, OH
(Customer's Reviews) Sunday, December 22, 2013

Binds fast; is strong and permanent. Shelf life is excellent. Has never failed to perform exactly as intended while using or long term so how can I give it anything but a five star rating. Extra tips are a nice touch.

It's super! It's glue!

I did a polyester finish on a custom guitar I'm building. During wet sanding, some water got between the poly and the wood around the bridge post holes. The swelling then shrinking of the wood as it dried left a clear gap between the wood and finishùeven a little cracking of the poly. Then I saw the Dan Erlewine how to video on fixing chips in a finish with superglue. Divine timing. The extra thin glue and Dan's tips worked like a charm. A few hits with some high grit sanding pads helped hide the touchup perfectly.

Great glue!

I used the 10 super glue for gluing in frets on a recent fret job. Worked great.

This works great

I use this glue for frets, finish repairs and more. I also did a fretboard on a fretless bass like Dan Erlewine did in Trade Secret 139 and it worked great. The thin glue is good for putting under frets, and medium for everything else. Just remember to use protective gloves :-)

I have tried the #10 and #20. Both were great. At times I wished I had also purchased the accelerator to speed things up, but not necessary if you can be patient enough to wait 20sec or so before sanding down inlays. I've used the #20 for inlays and the #10 for filling cracks with dust. Highly recommend these for those tasks.

I have used this glue from very small repairs to large repairs and found it works great. I have used all of the choices depending upon the need.
