Great Droppers !!

By

I've been using these little pipets for longer than STMC has had them. I used to get them from the Medical supply stores. STMC sells the best ones. Great tiny end dropper. I use these for everything. I rinse them out with lacq. thinner and use them over & over. Stains, paints, lubricants, anything that will flow. Cut the end off for a big dropper ! Easy to mark, oil, lacq., water, etc. Really cheap because they are durable.

Most pipettes I've used have a nozzle that is much too large for anything that isn't at least as thick as heavy paint or honey. Try to use them with something like thin CA glue, and the stuff will just run right out.

Not these. They have a tiny spout on the end that can be used to dispense small amounts of the thinnest materials, including alcohol and thin CA glue. You can always cut the spout shorter to increase the diameter if you're working with something with a bit more body.

Highly recommended.

Not your chemistry professor's pipettes!

These pipettes precisely place the exact amount of thin viscosity super glue, light weight oil, and PB Blaster nut-and-bolt loosener. They'd work with alcohol or water, too. Inexpensive enough to toss after one use, but durable enough to re-use for a short period of time. Very useful product. This was my second order of the pipettes. I hope you keep them in your inventory.

When did I first see these in the SM catalog ? When did they first appear ? Its a long time ago . The minute I saw them I bought a pack or 3 and have been buying them ever since. I use them for stain mixing and other little chores the require very small amounts, drops actually , of various liquids , shellac, nitro stains, acetone , naphtha , yellow glue and last but not least and most importantly cyano glues. They offer great control and are disposable and cheap enough considering the convenience .

Excellent tool to have when your doing a lot of different things, like mixing pigment, or squeeze some glue into some tight spots I recently bought a Gretsch electomatic that had been damaged in shipping and I was able to put the peg head back on and the pipettes came in handy when Ge ting some glue in some tight spaces around the fretboard
