Details

Handy angled plastic sticks flow drops of glue and lacquer precisely.

Less mess and pinpoint accuracy!
We've found these simple, conveniently angled soft plastic sticks are surprisingly handy for guitar repair work. They're a versatile, inexpensive way to flow glue precisely into fret slots, or to apply small drops of lacquer into finish imperfections. Less messy and more accurate than a brush, bottle nozzle, or a dropper. One end is a handy slotted flexible tip for delicate work.

2-5/8" long (66.68mm). Supplied in box of 50.

Not intended for use as toothpicks (we're told they taste bad!).

second review

I just did my first lacquer dropfill with these today. Way different viscosity than CA. the little ladder part of the long tip worked wonderfully.
Lay it down in the lacquer and then in the ding, this was a long gouge and it just lays in a fine coat that you can build on.

Great tool

Bought these a while back, didn't use them until recently, on a partial refret of a fingerboard I've now named "Chipper". I had to both glue down chips and do sawdust fills (yes I used the Chip Stoppers) But this was rosewood on a Chinese Epi Masterbilt that has a lot of grain and small divots in the grain that naturally chip. Great Control. I used to just use "whiptips" but these are great and cheap. If you use the thicker part at the angle to pick up the CA then let it run down to the tip, you get a perfect drop that isn't overkill on a small chip.

Thanks for a great product.

When i received these i felt that they were under priced for the quality and quantity i got. Glue the smallest of things and get glue into the smallest joints. Great buy and will continue to keep these stocked.

Puts glue or lacquer where you want it. Finer control than wood toothpicks. Very useful for small dropfill chip repair or small crack repair.

Finally remembered to order these on my last Stew Mac shipment and I am glad I did. They work great for drop fill touch ups or for accurately applying glue in those many tiny spots we all run across. Having two different tip configurations makes them versatile as well.

Like the title says, these are a great idea. Thanks StewMac for providing them. I use them for applying glue all the time now. Simple and easy to use also very inexpensive.

Nice...used one to put some superglue in a nut slot with some bone dust as I cut it too low, they work well, I'm sure I'll find more uses for them.
