Hide your tuner from the audience! Mount your Snark electronic tuner conveniently on your banjo rim.

A clever product made right here in Ohio, USA: this handy plastic adapter fits on your banjo's bracket hooks. Now you can move your Snark tuner from its peghead perch, and mount it conveniently on the banjo's rim. Simply pull the Snark off its original clamp, and snap it onto the adapter. No need to remove it when you put your resonator banjo in its case. Fits standard 24-bracket banjos. Won't fit the Son of Snark tuner.

Snark Tuner not included.

good idea!

I tried to wrench the head of my snark off its clamp base and broke it! So, then I had to order another snark.... this time I put a little bit of oil on the ball joint before I pulled it apart. I really like having it right on my banjo, and not in an obvious spot on the head or elsewhere... when it was on the head, it was never at an angle where I could see it. Well... now, it's right under your nose! Excellent idea, wish I'd thought of it.

Great Accessory

I really like the Snark tuners. I have broken 2 of them due to not storing them carefully in my banjo case. When I saw this adapter I immediately ordered it. It installed on my banjo with no modifications and works great with my latest Snark tuner. It is out of the way of damage when stored in the case and is easily available when I need to adjust the tuning of a string during a jam session. This is a great addition.
