Lexan B bender cover plates

By Forrest Custom Guitars from Nashville, TN

Ive been using this bit for about 3 years to bevel my B&G bender cover plates. I use Lexan and this bit works well. Its as good on laminate material as well. For deep contour Tele style bender installs, the bevel is not deep enough to match the contour, but other than that, its excellent, and the bearing has only been replaced once in 3 years.

Muy buen corte

Una Herramienta muy Importante, corte muy bueno y preciso, solo una critica que la inclinacion del bisel no es la misma de los Pickguard Originales

Great but compare to other bevels

This bit works great but it doesnt appear to match the bevel of most pickguards. Its not steep enough so the bevel is actually longer and gives a wider "border" to your guards. At first I didnt like it but it has grown on me and now I prefer the wider border.

Just a heads up for others that might be trying to match to an exhisting guard though. You'd think it'd match the bevel that guitar manufacturers use on their guards but it doesnt.

Again though, I think it looks really good and use it on my builds.

Works perfectly!
