Protection against dry weather cracking! And you won't have to guess when the Oasis® humidifier needs a water refill. It shrinks as it works!

Your guitar is guarded by dual leak protection, too: the outer fabric lets only water vapor pass through, and the super-efficient gel inside absorbs up to 500 times its weight in water.

The Oasis humidifier hangs from the guitar's strings into the soundhole, so it never touches your instrument. It's easy, effective protection inside your guitar case against expensive dry weather wood shrinkage and cracking.

Use the Oasis Plus+ in extremely dry conditions below 25% relative humidity.

TIP: Our Digital Humidity Gauge is an easy and affordable monitor for your guitar case or your workshop.

Both Oasis humidifiers include a convenient plastic refilling syringe.

It does a great job!!

By Frank Baker from Neptune, NJ

I have used these in the past and I'm going to be ordering new ones along with the other products.. never had any problems with leaks and I also noticed a change in the sound of my 12 string when I started using these... I would recommend them! They are easy to refill with the supplied syringe and thanks to Stew-Mac the shipping is fast and simple and of course the price for the humidifier is great!!

P.S. Also Dustin Lane: I just wanted to mention if you see this, the reason they want you to use other than tap water is, because tap and bottled water have dissolved minerals that can clog the liner, distilled water is recommended to extend the useful life of your humidifier (i happen to see this mentioned on another site) :)

Wish that they were slimmer

These work very well. I used them at a summer music camp with 100+ temps and very low humidity. I just wish that they were oval rather than round as they are especially hard to get between the strings of a 12 string guitar and a small tenor guitar. Otherwise first class product.

Requires Distilled Water

By Jack J from Livermore, CA USA

This Humidifier requires distilled water for proper long time operation. I uses the 2 0z airbrush bottles to store water in the guitar case along with the syringe to fill it up. StewMac Nr. 5440.

Takes your instrument out of the danger zone

By Beau Hannam Guitars from Grand Junction, CO

The relative humidity where I live in Colorado is 19%-22% today and using the Oasis Plus takes my instrument out of the danger zone to a percentage where it is less susceptible to cracking. A humidifier is a MUST have tool in low humidity conditions. Note- Make sure there is enough clearance to shut/lock down your case when the Oasis is installed to minimize possible light crushing . Reliable and Easy

These(I got the Plus) have replaced the "snakes" for me. It is a very dry winter here and I could not keep up with the snakes. I am getting about 5 days, they do not leak and with a little care, these can be refilled in place. I bought three and will be buying three or four more. These are a true bargain for the price.

For the past three years I have been a slave of Planet Waves and their Humidipak system... but no longer. I put this in my Hummingbird and let it sit inside the case for 3-4 days and I could instantly tell a difference in the sound and the resonance of the instrument.

The only drawback is the instructions require you to use distilled water, which is a little bizarre.
