Rock-n-Roller Neck Rest

About This Item

Self-leveling to hold any guitar or bass!
Sold individually or SAVE when you buy the set of both neck rests.

These self-leveling contoured wooden neck cradles are "the neatest neck rests I've seen," says repairman Dan Erlewine. Heavy-duty cork-lined Rock-n-Rollers hold any guitar or bass neck in position for inspection or for routine minor repairs.

Rock-n-Rollers hold any guitar or bass neck in position for inspection or for minor repairs. They're useful additions to any repair bench or music store countertop. The shorter model has been redesigned to fit a wider variety of solidbody models, from Fenders to Les Pauls®.

Clamping a guitar neck really tight (without damage)

Working on a 1938 Gibson lap steel, Dan Erlewine needs to clamp the neck way more tightly than usual. He comes up with a special jig by modifying a Rock-n-Roller neck rest.

First i received one with a little flaw but it was replaced immediately by stewmac, absolute reliability! Great product. The only upgrade i would think of is making the base wider that the top, for even better stability

Should have ordered one of these a long time ago. Makes string changing a breeze.

Good tool but pricey

By
(Customer's Reviews)

I bought these because I like the concept vs using a basic neck rest block. They work great as advertised and look professional on the bench but I think overall it is a bit on the pricey side for two wooden half circles and some cork. But overall I am happy with the product and don't regret buying them, but I could see people being hesitant to buy because of price.

Works Great

I also use this neck rest with my 5 string bass. Works great and if you are cleaning on the fret board, it gives it good support.

I bought this for my own use around the house, as I do my own guitar repairs and setups. They work great, just like the video shows. Very handy.

Great for re-stringing

By
(Customer's Reviews)

I bought this for my use at home. I have several guitars and typically have to re-string one every other week or so. The Rock-n-Roller neck rests are excellent to keep the guitar in place while restringing. They are stylish too. Excellent product
