Save your bushings AND your screws

By Palaver from MetroWest MA - USA
(Customer's Reviews) Tuesday, March 04, 2014

No bushings and the screws are defective. I had 2 break off in the head stock when affixing the plate. There's no easy way to get them out either. This is a big disappointment. What should have been an easy, clean upgrade turned into a hack job.

Great product, great price,

Recently used these on an old Electromuse lap steel. Just the thing to make tuning a breeze.

The best economy 3-on-plate tuners around!

Can't beat the price or the quality. I have an old Yamaha FG-110, which I converted to a lap steel. These tuners fit on perfectly and work like a charm. Hang on to your old bushings, because they aren't supplied.

Don't be fooled by the word 'Economy'

I would buy this product again because the manufacture was completely satisfactory and there was not a whiff of 'cheapness' to be detected.

used these on an old '60's Harmony I rebuilt. They are almost a carbon copy of the old junkers I replaced. Real happy with them.

I purchased these tuners for fixing up an old garage sale guitar. They are better quality than I expected and were an exact fit. They look great and work terrific.

Economy 3-on-plate tuner

By Pegzhead from Burlington, Ontario
(Customer's Reviews) Sunday, February 24, 2013

I inherited an old National lap steel with a busted tuner so I really was looking for something heavy duty to accommodate thicker strings but I didn't want to spend a lot. The problem was finding something with the proper spacing and this unit was the only one that might slip right in without re-drilling. When it arrived I was impressed with the general quality, reasonable looking gears, nice chrome finish with decorative etching and it even had new screws. They slipped in without issue and the screw holes even lined up-bonus. The test will be to see if they keep in tune and that may cause me to re-visit this in the future. At present, they are an unbelievable buy for the money.

Seems good so far.

I put this tuners on an old guitar banjo that had a broken tuner. It fitted right on. Seems to be good quality for the money.

Bargain Parlors

By EMichaelJ from Dayton Ohio
(Customer's Reviews) Saturday, September 08, 2012

Several years ago, I was given a walnut log taken out by a storm. Aged it, Split it, Resawed it, Build several Ukes with it and now I am doing an all walnut Parlor that I hope will be a prototype of many to follow. These tuners are great for the price. I suspect they will be all I need for future parlor guitars!

Perfect item for replacing worn tuners on a low end acoustic. Amazing quality for the price. I restored this old 1935 Richter acoustic distributed by Mongomery Ward. Great deal from Stewmac
