Grover Strap Buttons for Strap Locks
I picked up an old guitar the other day and was cleaning it up and restoring back to original parts. These were a perfect match for the black Schaller locks I already had. Thanks.
Obviously, these work great. Complete interchangeability with Schaller. What's really nice is to be able to buy the buttons themselves individually, in any finish you need, so all your hand built guitars can leave the shop so equipped, and it's a great upgrade for existing instruments! I love them.
I bought just the buttons for 3 of my guitars. They work great with my Schaller strap lock system, and it's way cheaper than buying straps and strap lock systems for each guitar. I can now use one strap on all 3 of my guitars, and it takes just seconds to switch from one guitar to another. Easy installation, and never again do I worry about a strap falling off of my awkward shaped guitars during shows!
I bought a pair of grover strap buttons to use with schaller straplock system. They suppose to be finished in chrome, but to my eyes finish on these is slightly darker than the rest of chrome hardware on my guitars.
Bought 5 pairs to outfit the rest of my guitars and works like a dream. Fits perfect with Schaller's
Well, I know where they've been. What I didn't know is that you could just get the end pins separately. Local music emporiums don't sell the pins separately, which just doesn't make sense. I have lots of guitars, but I don't need a strap for each, so thanks to StewMac for selling the straplocks and pins separately. Overall, great product and price, and no guitar should be without.
Its difficult to find somebody who will sell only the buttons. Most places will only sell a packaged set with the strap locks and buttons together. Props to Stew-Mac for coming through.
