Extra buttons for your Grover Quick-release Strap Lock.Sets of 2.
Grover never fails to amaze me. Don't hesitate on these!
Put these on a Fender 5 string Jazz Bass I have...you cray cray if you don't have em on yo slabs... I do!
Worked fine and fit Schaller strap locks. It was nice to be able to buy just the buttons rather than having to buy full strap locks when I didn't need them. Now I can use the same strap with locks on different guitars
I use this style strap button on everyone of my guitars. They work great with the Fender and Schaller strap locks. I put them on my latest barn-caster build and they dont disappoint!
Have used this type of locks for many years with never a failure!
Although the strap lock system is excellent, the weak link is the screws. I would prefer stainless steel screws. I have had the included screws break and damage a guitar.
Make sure you have the right size pilot hole first.
I've used these for years after experiencing straps coming loose live on stage. Nothing worse than being in the grips of a solo and have your guitar try to hit the floor. Makes for easy guitar swap as well if you have the buttons on all of your backups.
I got this for my strat, but I did not want to spend the money and buy a whole new set of strap locks, this is the item I needed, thanks
Purchased the nickel and black strap buttons. For those of us that have multiple guitars it's hard to find just the buttons for that new guitar that you added to the arsenal without having to buy the complete strap lock set. The price on these are fair and work great but the finish on the black ones wear off rather quickly. It has happened on every set I put on my guitars. Nickel ones are fine. No problems with those. Don't buy the black ones if looks are important to you.
