Pickguard Screws for Fender

About This Item

Phillips ovalhead screws to fit countersunk pickguards and cover plates. These are 1/2" length, the standard for Fender (vs. the 3/8" standard used by Gibson®).

A better match on vintage guitars: the Relic Nickel plating has an aged look, perfect for repairing old guitars, when shiny hardware looks out of place.

Sold individually.

Blackout your Strat / Tele with these!

By

I wanted to blackout my Squier CV 60s Strat with black everything - pickguard, pickup covers, knobs, tips... these were the final pieces to the puzzle. Highly recommended.

Screws for backplate

By

Verified Buyer

I ordered 6 chrome screws for my Cort guitar (strat style body) and they thread and look good.

My only complaint was the shipping option cost more than the screws. But since they included there luthier style stewmac catalog along with the purchase it made it worth it to me anyway.

Great aged but not rusty look

I use these on any of my older guitars with rusted out screws or newer ones that I'm going for a well used look on. They look good and are just about exactly the right kind of aging for my liking.

Nice Look & Fit

By

I ordered some in relic chrome & they pretty closely matched the remaining original screws in both a '65 Jaguar & '65 Jazzmaster, fit nice and snug in holes. The regular chrome ones are a great fit for modern Fenders as well.

Items like this often don't look old.

They're just wood screws

Not much to say. If they hold the gold color that's good thing. I bought some from another supplier a few years ago and while they receive no contact from my hands they have tarnished and are much less attractive than when they were new.

Great to have a choice of finish.

I like the duller luster.
