Good screws, but the gold ones...

Good neck attachment screws. It is advised to first drill 1/8" holes (or use a bit which is the same diameter as the core of the threaded part of the screw) to start. If you try to drive the screw directly to the un-drilled wood, it would be impossible in hard woods, or damage the head of the screw. I give it 3 stars because the gold screws are pale, they look like cheap chinese parts. I buy nickel and electroplate them 24k gold, for the look.

They don't bend, crack or anything that a bad screw does.

I'm reminding myself to read the fine print here. The neck plate came w/screws, so I really didn't need these. Never hurts to have some extras, I guess..

I've purchased the stainless steel neck screw in the past. They're good quality. I can't complain.
