Nice screws, but mind the slot.

(Customer's Reviews)

I saw the heading "Screws for Coverplates" and just bought them for a reso upgrade without noticing that they are slot-head, not phillips head. Reso covers usually use the latter, and for a reason. You don't want your screwdriver slipping out of the slot and scratching that nice shiny chrome on the cover plate. Phillips head screws, especially tiny ones like these, are much easier to get in and out without such mishaps.

These screws would not work on my cover plate because they are to small in diameter.I have a Regal dobro. So I used them for another guitar and they are ok. jim part# was 5495

Resophonic Long Neck Banjo

(Customer's Reviews)

I choose the Stewmac Dobro Cover Plate mounting screw set for that more of a Dobro look. It was just what was needed for my Resophonic long Neck Banjo project. This added to beautiful inlaid neck and the resonator brakets really brought it all together. It looks great and sounds great.
