Electrosocket Jack Mount

About This Item

Be done with loose Tele® output jacks forever!

Simply drill the two mounting screw holes, thread the jack into the Electrosocket, and screw it in place to hold the jack firmly in place for the next millennium. Handy for speaker cabinets, too!

Electrosocket Jack Mount for Tele® guitars accepts a standard 1/4" (3/8 x 32 thread) Switchcraft Output Jack (not included) and fits a standard 7/8"-diameter hole, without damage to the guitar.

Plating options: anodized satin (aluminum) or shiny plated brass.

Mounting screws included.

Solid socket mount

This is the best way to mount the jack socket to the side of a guitar. The angled screws really hold well. It is great with a straight plug. Watch mounting depth if it is used with a right angle cord.

Electrosocket Jack

on it's own a very nice piece......being it was going in an Ibanez bass and NOT a Fender it did leave a small gap as the Ibanez had a way curvier body than say a Tele.....still, a huge improvement in reliability.

Easy to Install

This was a replacement for a unit that was not caught in QA by the Manufacture or on incoming inspection by StewMac. StewMac replaced the unit quick after I phoned and notified them there was a defect. That is what a good vendor should do, it would have been a great vendor who would have notified me that I may have a defective part first.
I have used this type of part on all of my guitars that I have built. It is much easier to install and remove when needed. Plating is 1st rate. I will buy and use again.

Wonderful solution

I have always had trouble with the traditional tele cup jack socket. Put this in a new body I had acquired and it works perfectly. Fits right in the tele side hole and the screws keep it in place. No more loose 1/4" jack.

Jack mount upgrade

Excellent upgrade. Prevents the jack and cord from bending the blazes out of the internal jack connections making them too loose to hold a jack. Nice selection of finishes to customize with too!
