These seem to be very good Ferrules

I don't think you could go wrong with these ferrules. I just recently did a custom 1952 Telecaster copy using Maple and Cherry wood and these did a Great Job.

I am no luthier, let me tell you. I am attempting my first Tele parts-o-caster and I had no problem installing these ferrules in a MIM body. I just tapped them in with a hammer and a wood block. Easy peasy. They look great and I highly recommend them!

String Ferrules 5/16" Chrome

They look and feel well made. Use a drill press to drill the through the body holes (1/8"). The spacing is very tight. Set your drill depth or use tape on your bit, to drill the bottom pockets. The ferrules are pretty tight. Press them in or use a block of soft dowel wood and tap them in with a light hammer, carefully. They seat really well and the course ribs hold them in place. I think I will use the flush mount next time. Great products, Stew-Mac!

Well made looks like they will stand up good, fit is really well with a little tap or two on a wooden block to keep from damaging the ferrules. Thanks again
