 /><font color=About bridge & tailpiece measurements

String spread is the distance between the centers of the outer strings on a bridge or tailpiece.

Saddle radius determines the arc formed by all the individual saddle heights, and is similar to the measurement of a fretboard.

Stud/post spacing is the distance between the centers of the mounting posts of a bridge or 'stop' tailpiece.

Tip: Slotting Tune-o-matic style saddles
Nut slotting files work great for metal saddles. Choose your file size as you would when slotting a nut: use the same gauge as the string, or a few thousandths larger. After filing to the desired depth, we suggest polishing the slot with Mitchell's Abrasive Cord to remove file marks and burrs.

Perfect

Just what this old 335 needed. Replaced the bent and corroded abr-1 and now the guitar looks beautiful, sustains for days and plays in tune.

Top Quality Bridge!

By Steve C. from KS.

This is a top quality, well built, and great looking bridge. The saddles aren't notched, and the material they are made from is very hard, so just be prepared. I replaced a roller bridge with this Nashville Tune-o-matic, (I also made a new bone nut at the same time), and between the two, it really made my guitar wake up. Highly recommended.

I purchased this as replacement, for my 2004 Firebird V. It's beef-ier than the ABR, and did add sustain.

Very happy with this bridge. Great price and I found it to be a big improvement with tone and sustain and there's no buzz. Ordering another right now for one of my other guitars.

worked perfect, i recomend making a template of acrylic or thin wood for the holes to be drilled for the post spacing and dry fit the template to make sure it fits right. i didn't and now wish i did.
