So glad I purchased these pick guards!

I was amazed at how easy these were to put on my three acoustic guitars. Each required a little trimming and shaping, as well as prep work on the instruments, but installation was simple and looks great! Thanks too for the video help at your website!

Out of all of the pick guards in the world, this has got to be the one that God has on his guitar.

Easy To Install Pick Guard

By
(Customer's Reviews)

This is an excellent, , easy to install pick guard. There's no messy glue job envolved. I just decided where to position it, marked the location with a few little pieces of tape, peeled off the protective backing and carefully laid the pick guard down. The only thing to be careful of is not tapping any bubbles between the pick guard and the top of the guitar. Nice and easy. Great product.

The Best Clear Pickguard

By
(Customer's Reviews)

Now and then a client insists on a clear guard. This one is the best I've found. Not too thick, not too thin, cut accurately and smoothly. The shape and radius are ideal for a 000 to D size guitar with a 3 7/8" to 4" sound hole. Beware of similar products sold online as most are cut sloppily.

BTW, use water to install these clear guards without air pockets.

Needs to be trimmed to size

Thought that this would be just the right size for my Martin HD28, but it is not so requires trimming to exact size of old pickguard. Not that easy to do to get perfect fit

Inconsistent Quality

By
(Customer's Reviews)

When they work, they work well, but about half of the guards I've received were damaged in manufacture, and no one bothered to inspect them. The older issue of mixed gloss and satin guards seems to be resolved; however the supplier needs to get their act together and either freshen up the die cutting jig or get into another line of business.

On application - apply wet...simple and easy. Position on guitar, and yes a piece of blue low tack tape as a hinge. flip the guard off the surface, spritz the guard area of top with 8 ounces of distilled water to two drops of Dawn dishwashing detergent (reduces surface tension), then peel backing and position. Squeegee from center out from center of guard to edge, and wait 48 hours before pulling the top protective sheet.

Shot below shows bad die-cutting job with resultant adhesive holidays and scuffing on back of guard.
