Details

Efficient, durable, economical! Countless uses in repair shops. Professional grade sandpaper with handy self-adhesive backing.

Stikit™ abrasives cut like a file, and last longer than regular sandpaper.
The sharp aluminum oxide grit is slower to load up with sanding dust, too. Outstanding durability and performance have made Stikit the favorite in our own shops.

  • The right width for our radius-sanding tools
  • Attach to your benchtop for a fast non-slip surface
  • Handy for quick custom sanding blocks
  • Countless uses in repair shops
  • Convenient sets for fretwork/finishing and general woodworking

Stikit papers are supplied in 15-yard rolls (45 feet / 13.71 meters), an economical length for small shops.

The 2-3/4" (69.85mm) width is a perfect fit for our profesional levelers:

Attach Stikit for
Fret & Fingerboard Leveling
Fret/Fingerboard Levelers
Attach Stikit for
Precise Shaping
Aluminum Radius-sanding Beam
Attach Stikit for
Spot Leveling
4" Wooden Radius-sanding Blocks
8" Wooden Radius-sanding Blocks

Works on stainless frets, too!
All of our tools are suitable for use on stainless-steel fretwire, with the exception of our Fret Tang Nippers and Fret Cutters. Modern stainless-steel fretwire is known to be harder than the traditional nickel-silver blends, but our own shop experience indicates the wire does not cause premature wear of files or sandpapers.

Nicer on non-oily woods

By Wrea398 from Pa
(Customer's Reviews) Wednesday, May 28, 2014

I use this most of the time. My only complaint is it REALY clogs up fast on oily exotic woods like bocote, cocobolo, etc. Even with domestics like maple, I feel the loss in sanding ability while hand radiusing a fretboard. I change the paper at least 2-3 times on a maple board and 4-5+ times on oily boards. Still a good paper.

A must for fretboard work

Works great with the fret leveler and on a granite slab for shaping nuts, etc. Have used 80,120 and 320. Would like to try the other, especially the 600 and 800 for sharpening on a slab.

Excellent sanding paper

I'm surprised how good and how long it last before you have to change the paper. Together with the radius block they'r exelent, easy to use and get a nice frettboard

worth the price

Good stuff, lasts a lot longer than regular paper, i use it mostly for fret leveling, and i can get 20-25 fret levels out of one piece, so worth the price, and self sticking is a plus

Expensive, thought I'd try them but I get thicker backing paper and twice as much from another supplier for less. But must admit this is good paper if you don't know about other options.

Sanding Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

Stikit is all I use in my shop for fingerboard and fret leveling. It does not clog and last a lot longer than traditional paper.

Wish it had peel off backing

This is good sandpaper, but is not peel off backing. This has made it a more difficult for me to cut.

Works perfectly

Great sand paper. Couldn't ask for anything better with its self adhesive. I'd suggest its sold in smaller lengths with combined grits for those on a budget, or those just needing to do 1 or 2 jobs. So much on the roll i can't see myself using it all in a life time.
