I always know I'll get a fine quality bridge blank and I'll get it quick. I have made many fine bridges from these blanks.

More than enough wood to make a bridge. Made one and it looks great.

Handmade ebony bridges

1st of all to the people who are disappointed that the wood is rough cut and not smooth, it is oversized and plenty thick to shape it to the exact size bridge you want. The wood has to be shaped so smooth or rough, you still have to cut and sand it to size. 2nd,,, I have started making all my ebony bridges instead of buying a finished product. Lots cheaper and keeps my mind conditioned to hand carving and shaping when I work on a guitar or mandolin headstock. This wood is some of if not the best ebony I've used.

Excellent quality ebony

I wanted this for a completely different project and it came out perfect. Very nice quality, super dark ebony from the core of the tree. Not that lighter color stuff. I will definitely buy more. I love working with such wood :)

I was disappointed by these blanks. I ordered #0160, and the two pieces that came were rough-sawn. Will return and will not order again.

Hunk 'o Wood

Yep, it's a slab of ebony (or rosewood). Not quite as flat/squared as I would have hoped, but that was probably just wishful thinking on my part (especially at such a great price!). After all, a blank piece of wood is ultimately as good as you make it.

I usually have plenty of rosewood in stock but I didn't want to cut up some of my rosewood stock for just one guitar. Stu-Mac has very fast shipping
