Didn't work

Because of the bullet rear end, it wouldn't fit properly in the truss "trench" and in trying to use it, it gouged the bullet truss on my Charvel Japan model. Bought a version from a different supplier. Boom, it worked. Wasted my money.

Nut wrenches

I only needed one, however the shipping cost made it worthwhile to order all three. I have several guitars and I might need the wrenches in the future, they work as advertised, delivered in about 5 days, so far I am very satisfied.

perfect tool

well, after moving overseas, I've discovered that I have to do pretty much all the work on my guitars (and all the dang time, with the weather here!) so it's incredible to have perfect little devices like this to do the necessary adjustments. The 5/16" fits my Les Paul and my old Gretsch Double Anniversary. And Stew Mac ships over here for not much (though I do have to pay VAT on top of it to get it from the post office.)

Peavey Dyna Bass Unity - truss rod wrench

I bought these to set up an older Peavey Dyna-Base Unity series for heavier flat wounds. These basses are difficult to adjust but the wrench fits (just) and provides enough turning radius to get the job done perfectly. I called Peavey and they don't sell this wrench anymore so this was a lifesaver.

Bought the whole set

These little guys are cheap enough to buy the whole set. I picked them up to replace the odd balls I had for my shop bench. Nothing works like them when you need the bullet shaped head to get in the tight spaces for those grunged up old vintage axe truss rod slots. The shipping folks sent a duplicate of the 1/4" size and left out the 5/16" one. A simple call to the customer service folks and the correct one was shipped out the same day and arrived before I was looking for it.

Works Great!

Awesome. I was fixing up a friend's Jackson and I ended up needing one of these to straighten out the neck. I ordered one and in a few days it arrived and I got straight to work. The results were greater than I had expected them to be. The only things that could be improved is to shorten the point at the end of it. It makes it a little difficult to take out of the truss rod cavity sometimes. And the handle needs to be welded to the cap. Other than that, it's a necessity to the work I do.

High quality tool

Ok I didn't really want to pay this much for a tool that comes free with a lot of guitars (hint to Taylor) but this is a well made wrench with high quality plating. I recommend it.

Yep, it is a truss rod wrench

Nothing fancy here, just a well made tool that Gibson decided not to put in the case of the $2,700 guitar they sold me. Guess they were afraid I might damage the merchandise.
