I bought eight of these along with a pair of pickup mounting rings (all black) to replace the parts on my vintage 1972 SG replica. The screws were perfect for the neck pickup, but they're too short for the bridge pickup ring. They barely reach the guitar's body through the mounting ring, so the ring stays kind of loose. It would be a lot better if they could be like 3mm longer or so. On a side note, the pickups that I mounted into these rings were Golden Age Parsons Streets, and I couldn't be happier with them!

Screws in well, screws out well. But seriously Stewmac, I ordered these on a Friday and received it the next Monday morning. And I live on the other side of the world! Fantastic!
Great set nice length, excellent finish, not cheap metal like you sometimes get that strip out the head when you screw them in.
Just pick the right color and you're good to go - guaranteed.
Actually ended up returning these as my pickup rings I purchased from StewMac came with their own screws. These appeared to be the same, a perfect match/fit.
