Too loose, and they can rattle or fall out. Our custom reamers cut a clean, accurate counterbore for a professional job.

Designed for slow-speed use in your drill press, each steel reamer is 2-3/4" (69.85mm) overall length, with a 1/4"-diameter (6.35mm) pilot and two 1" (25.40mm) cutting flutes. The set of five includes sizes for popular guitar and mandolin press-fit tuner bushings.
